I have had a really good week of training so far. I have a recovery week so distances and workout times have been reduce to allow my muscles and body overall recover and repair itself.

Monday,
I did a 3000 yard swim

Tuesday: 8.5 mile run on the treadmill, 45 minute spin

Wednesday: 2500 yard swim.

Today I plan to train with P2
