Today I had a fantastic workout! I started with a 6.2 mile run at Elm Creek Park Reserve. I did a steady run for almost 6 miles and then followed up with some hill repeats at the end. It was a great hill workout as the steady run was through the park reserve with continuous rolling hills.

Following my run, I did a 3700 yard swim workout. I felt fantastic in the water! My stroke was on along with my balance in the water. I did start having some issues with cramping in my legs during the last 750 yards of the swim workout.
