I had been watching the olympic swimming trials over the last couple of days, which brought back the memories of when I competed in swimming. During my swimming workout on Sunday, I kept thinking about the effiecency and smoothness of the strokes by the swimmers competing in the trials. My workout consisted of a total of 2000 yards.
Monday, I did a 6.4 mile run with run club-Man it was sticky! This a good training weather it will probably be hot and humid in Kentucky for the Ironman.
